Ms. Heidi R. Burkhart is the Chairman and Founder of Dane Professional Consulting Group. Recently formed, the company specializes in affordable housing brokerage and consulting. Ms. Burkhart is a veteran of the real estate industry, and has facilitated the closing in excess of 6,500 affordable housing units.

Previous to forming Dane PCG, Ms. Burkhart was a senior director at Eastern Consolidated, New York, NY, where she headed the affordable housing brokerage and investment division. Prior to Eastern Consolidated, Ms. Burkhart was a financial analyst at Owens Illinois, Toledo, OH. Ms. Burkhart is on the Board of Directors for Institute for Responsible Housing Preservation (IRHP), the New York State Association for Affordable Housing (NYSAFAH), and Harriet Tubman Charter School (HTCS) and Kids Unlimited. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree in finance and marketing from The University of Toledo.

Ms. Burkhart is active in her community volunteering with the Multiple Sclerosis Society, HELP USA, the New York Ronald McDonald House, Food Bank NYC, and Habitat for Humanity.
