Howard Katz  focuses on the sales and consulting of affordable housing primarily in New York City as well as other US regions. Prior to Joining Dane PCG, Mr. Katz was a sales associate at Eastern Consolidated where he achieved multiple sales of residential properties in New York City. His experience in the affordable housing industry includes Section 8, Mitchell Lama properties, and tax credits. He actively participates in affordable housing conferences including NYSAFAH, Woman in Housing and Finance, and IRHP. Katz is an accomplished motivational speaker using his skill set to educate affordable housing owners, managers, and tenants of changing industry trends. For the past decade he has been an active member of The Mankind Project, an international men’s organization that empowers accountability, integrity and living consciously.

For 15 years Mr. Katz held the position of CEO and Principal of The Accessories Place in New York City. In this capacity he was responsible for the company’s operations, sales, and marketing. He traveled extensively to the Far East setting up production factories and forming international partnerships.  Mr. Katz graduated from Queens College with a degree in Economics.
